Is it Possible to Reschedule or Cancel My Tour?

Yes, it is possible. In case of unforeseen circumstances, you can reschedule the tour date at no additional cost with at least 48 hours notice (subject to availability).
In case of cancellation within the specified terms, a full refund is provided. After this period, a penalty fee or loss of deposit may apply.

Certainly! Small pets are welcome on board, as long as they are reported at the time of booking.

Safety always comes first. In case of bad weather or rough seas, the tour can be postponed to a new date or canceled with a full refund, depending on the customer’s preferences and availability.

We recommend arriving at least 10-15 minutes before the departure time. This way, you can complete the formalities, settle on board, and listen to the brief safety briefing before navigation.

The exact address of the departure point (port or pier) is sent after booking confirmation, via email or WhatsApp, along with instructions on how to reach it and direct contacts of the onboard staff.

The rental includes:
• professional skipper and fuel (if included in the package)
• non-alcoholic drinks and water
• snorkeling equipment
• beach towels
• passenger insurance and safety equipment as per regulations
Any extras (aperitifs, lunch on board, port stops, or customized itineraries) can be added upon request.

During the high season (May-September), we recommend booking at least one month in advance, especially for weekends and private tours.
Off-season, it’s often possible to find availability even with 24-48 hours notice.
